Professional Profile:

Professor Finnegan earned her Ph.D. in Special Education from Temple University and her M.S.Ed. and B.A. in Education of the Deaf from Western Maryland College. She is a state and regional advocate for deaf and hard of hearing students, and she has been publishing and presenting on issues related to deaf education since 1979.
