Arts
Major
A Theatre Arts major
consists of a minimum
of 54 semester hours
and must include THA
201, 205, 221, 222,
231, 241, 307, 343,
344, 444 and 452. Incuded
in the minimum amount
of hours is the requirement
of taking THA 177 or
THA 277 five times
before the major is
complete and a minimum
of 7 credits the list
of electives.

Education
Major
A theatre arts education
major has the same
requirements as other
theatre arts majors
with the addition of
THA 335 and ESE 344
as well as those education
courses prescribed
by the education department.
Theatre arts education
majors must take THA
177 or THA 277 three
times and are not required
to take THA 231.
Theatre
Arts
Minor
A Theatre Arts minor
is accomplished by
a student earning a
minimum of 26 hours,
include THA 201, 205,
206, 221, 222, 307,
plus two electives.
Additionally, a student
must take THA177/277
at least three times.
