*THA 201 - Introduction to Drama and Literature (3)
Note: This course includes attending and reporting on two professionally-directed productions during the semester.

*THA 205 - Acting I (3)
Note: Students are required to provide mime makeup, to keep a journal to and observe and evaluate four professional productions during the semester.

There is no prerequisite for non-majors who are taking this course as a humanities elective. Prerequisites for Theatre Arts majors and minors: THA 201 and THA 205. Offered every spring.

Open to Theatre majors and minors only.

Note: Students are required to purchase the weapons used. Offered alternate years.

*THA 277 - Drama Production (1-5)
There are three areas in which majors must select their THA 277 credit: performance/direction, technical theatre, chorus participation and house and marketing. Students must have five THA 277 credits in order to graduate. THA 177 may be substituted as part of the five.

THA 305 - Acting III, Advanced Acting (4)
Open to Theatre majors and minor only. Prerequisites: THA 201, 205, and 241. Offered alternate years with THA 335 - Children's Theatre.
