Cost: For 2005-2006, the yearly tuition is $8,600, and room and board are $5,190, for a total annual cost of $13,790. Fees are dependent upon the classes students take and are not reflected in the tuition amount (Please see the Costs section).

Campus: The main building, Ponce de Leon Hall, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The campus also includes several other historic structures, a 789-seat auditorium, a gymnasium, a men's residence hall, a 58,900 sq.ft. library and a radio station. A 19-acre athletic field is located two miles from campus.

Location: The College is four miles from the Atlantic Ocean, in the historic tourist town of St. Augustine, just off I-95 on the northeast coast of Florida, 35 miles south of Jacksonville and 55 miles north of Daytona Beach.

Community: St. Augustine is a famous historic tourist center, the oldest European settlement in the United States, with a population for the City of St. Augustine of 15,000 and for St. Johns County of 115,000.
