Professional Profile:

Don Berglund earned a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Tech, an M.P.A  from the University of Nebraska, and a B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University.  He has served as the Director of the Public Administration Program since its introduction in 2003. He specializes in American domestic public policy, especially fiscal policy, and issues surrounding intergovernmental relations. Professor Berglund teaches American Public Policy, Public Economy, and Organization Behavior. He is currently writing a book about government in St. Augustine, America’s oldest city.
